The Tru by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport hotel gym / fitness center has the following verified equipment:
Dumbbells 5 - 50 pounds
Kettlebells 5 - 30 pounds
Medicine / slam balls
Stability balls
Pullup bar
Plyometric jump box
Agility ladder
2 Treadmills
Elliptical
Peloton
We came into the Tru by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport early morning with no plan and were blown away by the box jump and agility ladder set up. If you're training for anything, you're staying on track here.
Not the most room we’ve seen in a hotel gym, but it seemed to work perfectly with the layout!
The roll out agility ladder is a must for all hotel gyms! Compact and affordable!
Pros:
Agility ladder
Plyo box
Kettlebells
The med balls are also slam balls! (Though the gym is quite close to the lobby, and the slamming was a bit loud sounding it seemed)
Cons:
Would like to see a couple heavier KBs
Standard cardio equipment (we want to start seeing self propelled equipment like Assault bikes, rowers, or treadmill)
Overall, recommend if staying by the SLC airport!
